Once the digital gold is purchased or BK Coin is utilized for services, no refund will be processed. Custom software development (BK Labs) charges are non-refundable after the work has commenced.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but no pro-rata refund will be provided for the remaining period.
